Time spent speaking with a solicitor is invaluable when you are thinking about making your will. A solicitor will help guide you through those matters you need to consider including inheritance tax and estate planning considerations.

Single Will: £95.00 +VAT
Mirror Will: £140.00 + VAT
Each part of an LPA (Lasting Power of Attorny): £250 + VAT
Declarations: £60 + VAT
Change of Name £60 + VAT
Change of Name Supreme Court Enrolment: £150 + VAT (plus £66 court fees)
Severance of Tenancy: £ 80.00 +VAT
Estate Planning: £135.00 per hour + VAT

Our Will writing service includes free Will and document storage.

We are also able to visit you if this is more convenient – this may involve an extra charge but this can be discussed in detail by telephone.

We are also able to draft wills from information supplied by post or email and can send you a simple questionnaire to help you.
