Head of Administration

Joined fwd in April 2007 as Office Administrator, having worked for many (too many!!) years in local government. She qualified as a Careers Adviser over 20 years ago, but felt, after all those years of interviewing young people; it was time for a change!

As Administrator she takes care of the training and personnel issues as well as overseeing the general running of the office - stationery, post, IT systems etc. Fwd is committed to caring for the environment and part of Hilary’s responsibilities is to implement the company’s Environmental Policy. The company achieved Level 2 of the Green Dragon Award in May and we are now aiming for Level 3 – “this is an area of work completely new to me but I have learnt so much and I am now fully committed to reducing our carbon footprint (and I do the same at home as well!)”

Mother of two teenage children – what more can you say???

Star sign – Aquarius and favourite colour Green (of course)

Music – All kinds of music except what my kids listen to!

All time favourite film – Dr Zhivago and Singing in the Rain

Likes – Dancing, Reading and eating out (especially at The Chandlery!)

Dislikes – Bad manners and rudeness.
