It is always necessary to carry out various searches in respect of your purchase.

These will include a Local Authority Search, Drainage Report, Enviro Search and any other searches that may be necessary in the area you are purchasing. It is also possible to have a Plan Search or Plan Search Plus which will give you full details of the area into which you are moving.

The Local Search only relates to the property you are buying and does not give any details of the proposals to develop land near or in the immediate vicinity of the property you are to purchase not will it give you details of any parking restrictions which affect the area.
