As from exchange of contracts you are liable to insure the property you are buying.

If insurance is not being arranged through your building society or bank then you should make sure it is in force on exchange of contracts and the interest of the mortgage noted on the policy. Please ensure that a copy of the Insurance is forwarded to us prior to exchange.
